Founder & CEOA son of Machulo in the heart of the Karakoram, Basharat Ali is the visionary behind Four Season Treks. Holding a Master's in Economics and advanced studies in Leadership and Innovation from Spain, he brings a rare blend of global perspective and deep local heritage to every expedition he leads.
Beyond the mountains, Basharat has driven transformative change in girls' education across Hushe Valley — today, nearly every girl in the region attends school. Through Four Season Treks, he champions ethical employment for local guides, porters, and cooks, while strengthening small businesses across Baltistan.
His founding vision: connect the world with Baltistan's magnificent mountains while uplifting the communities who call them home.
